Incorporation

Second Star Professional Services, LLC, was incorporated on February 2, 2001, by John Wainwright and Jim Dawson, following the purchase of Research Triangle Consultants, Inc. by Internet Commerce Corporation. The goal was to create a company that operated on the old principles of honesty, integrity, etc. We feel that we have met and maintained that goal.

Company Mission

We focus on providing services related to BizTalk, including installation, integration, and mapping as those services relate to implementing BizTalk to support EDI relationships with a client's trading partners.
