Business Requirements Analysis is the keystone of successful EC projects, small and large, yet the development of business requirements is the most ignored aspect of EC projects. Business requirements are consolidated in a Business Requirements Document (BRD). The BRD contains the elements of "fact" on which the specifications of the technical solution must be based. At Second Star, we make sure that the requirements are clearly defined before we deliver a solution.
